The Longqi District Farmers' Association is located in Qidian District, Longqi District, Tainan City, 7 adjacent to the new city. The development of this land conservation area is severely restricted. Only bamboo can grow in large numbers and in groups. The bamboo industry has flourished here, which has led to the reputation of Ryuzaki as the "Bamboo Picking Town". With the circular economy effect, bamboo is also committed to the use of bamboo. Bamboo is the strongest carbon sink source material. Ryuzaki’s unique environmental advantages make it very suitable to become a part of the bamboo-based material industry. Therefore, by recycling natural resources and converting the long-term abandoned and unmanaged wormwood into usable biomass fuel through the solid biomass fuel production process, on the one hand, it can solve the problem of effective management of the wormwood forest in Ryuzaki area. The resulting problem of on-site waste bamboo disposal, on the other hand, is the production of biomass fuel that can be used for stationary power generation systems and industrial heat and electricity, reducing carbon dioxide emissions and achieving the vision of net-zero carbon emissions.

In recent years, the Longqi District Farmers Association has not only vigorously promoted green bamboo shoots, but also used bamboo shoot collection yards for joint transportation and sales, which has led to breakthrough development in the long-stagnant bamboo shoot production and sales in Longqi District. On the other hand, we are promoting recipes for rice and agricultural specialties such as bamboo shoots and pineapples, and are currently promoting a project to recycle rural waste to produce organic fertilizers. In addition to promoting traditional skills such as "bamboo weaving and painting", the Longqi District Farmers' Association has also established production and marketing classes for pig raising, bamboo shoots, pineapples, bamboo arts and fruit trees, which has revitalized the agricultural industry in Longqi District that was originally poor in scale and distribution.
